Instructions

  1. Preheat skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix leftover spaghetti into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour everything into the hot skillet and press down evenly.
  5. Cook 5–7 minutes until the bottom is golden and set.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Flip carefully (use a plate if needed) and cook another 3–5 minutes.
  8. Let rest 2 minutes before slicing.

Optional: Add a ketchup heart on top for the kids.
